Hey, thanks for being here. Maybe you don't feel here, like your thoughts, emotions, and body aren’t communicating with one another, leaving you disconnected from yourself and the world. I invite you to pause, breathe, and ask: what would it feel like to come home to my Self? To occupy your body fully, integrate the wisdom, and connect with your own life force. As a queer, sex-positive somatic therapist, I hold trauma-informed space to let healing happen and welcome timely humor. My approach blends Western psychology, such as attachment, polyvagal theory, and parts work, with transpersonal modalities inspired by Eastern traditions. For those interested, this includes incorporating the chakra system, subtle energy through Reiki, or aligning to the natural bodily rhythms to foster integration. I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are queer, trans and/or BIPOC that navigate multidimensional trauma, identity, disordered eating, perfectionism, and cultivating resilience. Do you long to feel more grounded, whole, and vital? Together, we’ll explore the stories your body and nervous system hold, how old patterns can soften, and the emergent pathways toward safety and security in Self that can take root.
