I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and person-centered space for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults, and welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. My approach integrates DBT and CBT to help clients manage anxiety, OCD, life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and loss. I believe in helping each person uncover their inner strength and resilience, even in the midst of pain or uncertainty. I’ve been in practice for two years and am deeply passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community—especially given the unique challenges and hurt this community has faced simply for being who they are. My goal is to offer a space where authenticity is celebrated and healing feels possible.
