Finding a therapist who actually gets it can be hard—especially when you’re used to having to explain or defend who you are just to be understood. As a transgender therapist, I offer a space where that baseline understanding is already there. I combine lived experience with professional insight to understand how trauma has shaped your life, and help you move forward from it. I have experience and a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, survivors of sexual or religious trauma, people navigating addiction, those with Autism or ADHD, and individuals managing personality disorders. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy with me is relational, direct, and grounded in curiosity—not judgment. We might work with parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or protective, and build tools that help you feel more steady and connected in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, gender-related stress, or just a sense of dissatisfaction with life, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
