Have you been struggling? Not sure how to move forward or if you want to move forward? Therapy is a wonderful process for you to begin your healing. Folks with PTSD, sexual trauma or abuse survivors, folks exploring their gender identity and sexuality... I've witnessed so much growth and empowerment with my clients. It's a privilege to join you on your journey, support you as you unpack and explore your concerns, learn about yourself, and heal at your own pace. A beautiful life awaits! I have a variety of tools and approaches for you to use in your healing journey. I am LGBTQ-Affirming with extensive experience working with queer and trans folk. I am EMDR trained and CPT (cognitive processing therapy) certified and conversant with trauma informed modalities. I also use Mindfulness, Brief Solutions Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to teach you skills and tools to improve your mental health, ease your symptoms, and address root causes of distress. I work virtually with client from Texas and New Mexico.
