I came to this work through my own lived experiences navigating relationships, sexuality, and identity, often feeling unseen or misunderstood. As a Registered Psychologist and Certified Sex Therapist (AASECT) in Red Deer, I specialize in sex therapy, couples counselling, trauma therapy, gender-affirming therapy, EMDR therapy, and individual counselling. My practice is LGBTQ2S+ affirming, kink-affirming, and trauma-informed, offering a safe space for adults of all backgrounds to explore intimacy, heal from trauma, and embrace their authentic selves. I believe therapy thrives at the intersection of clinical skill, compassion, and genuine human connection.
