Let me help you to create a space where you can let your guard down and ask for what you need. We can work together to help you develop healthier communication skills, a stronger sense of self, and learn how to build more fulfilling relationships - including the one with yourself. Whether you would like to explore your needs through expressive arts, talk-therapy, or Sandtray Therapy, you are in the drivers seat. Offering more than just talk-therapy provides an opportunity for deeper understanding and alternative ways of engaging in therapy if talking isn't your thing.
