Life can feel overwhelming as you navigate major life changes, face anxiety or grief, or adjust to illness. Whether you’ve been carrying a heavy load for years or are just beginning to notice something’s off, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience in oncology social work, where I supported individuals and families facing medical trauma, chronic illness, and emotional stress. My approach draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help adults build emotional resilience and reconnect with their values. I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I earned both my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences and my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia, and became an LCSW in 2022.
