I believe mental health is the foundation of overall well-being and am passionate about helping individuals achieve balance and stability through compassionate, evidence-based care. My practice focuses on supporting adolescents and adults (ages 12 and up), with particular emphasis on treatment-resistant depression, including the use of Spravato®, as well as providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also have experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and insomnia. I’m committed to an inclusive, individualized approach—collaborating closely with each patient to develop care plans that reflect their unique needs. My treatment philosophy integrates medication management with a holistic approach, exploring innovative strategies when appropriate to support long-term well-being.
