I use an eclectic approach of mainly Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to assist clients in unlearning unhelpful, sometimes harmful, patterns and beliefs in order to co-create a template that feels more authentic. I identify as a gay, cisgender man and enjoy working with the chronic pain and queer communities.
