I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Owner and Founder of Therapy Insights Practice, a group mental health psychotherapy practice in Midtown Manhattan. With over eight years of clinical experience, I lead a talented and diverse team of clinicians who provide excellent care to clients with various needs and backgrounds. I am passionate about supporting and empowering the LGBTQ community, as well as helping clients overcome trauma and improve their relationships. I’ve completed multiple evidence-based trainings such as EMDR, EFT, and SFBT, which I apply in my own practice and teach to my staff. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with complex trauma, relationship issues, and sexual identity and expression. I also facilitate biweekly support groups for gay men and couples, and conducts initial consultations with new clients to match them with the most suitable therapist. As the owner of my practice, I oversee all clinical and business operations, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new clinicians. I consider myself a visionary, a team builder, and a LGBTQ advocate. 🏳️🌈
