Taking a holistic approach, I consider the mind, body, and spirit, while incorporating somatic techniques to deepen the therapeutic process. You are the expert on your experience, and therapy is an explorative journey we will take together. This work is deeply meaningful to me, as there is a magic that occurs when you see someone reconnect with themselves. My practice is multiculturally informed and affirming of all genders and sexualities. I specialize in trauma, navigating transitions, and substance use.
