I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for adults 18 and older through telehealth. With a strong background in women’s health and advanced psychiatric training, I understand the profound impact mental health has on overall well-being. My approach empowers adults to take an active role in both their mental and physical health. During the first visit, we will review your mental health and medical history, current medications, and any current concerns. You will leave with a better understanding of your symptoms and an initial treatment plan, as well as what to expect during follow-up appointments. My goal for you is to feel heard and supported and to become a partner in your healthcare journey with me. I focus on creating a space where people feel safe, heard and supported. My approach is affirming, inclusive and focused on meaningful, lasting change.
