You know these health struggles are somehow behind your depressed and anxious feelings, and you feel alone…like no one understands. As a person living with multiple chronic illnesses, I know first hand just how devastating it can be. I can help you see your illness in a new light and create a plan to support you in successfully managing your symptoms. My clients often see improvement and start building new coping skills within just a few therapy sessions. I only see clients with chronic health concerns in my practice and am dedicated to providing an open and inclusive space for people to process their health experiences.
