Provider Description
I work with adolescents on a range on focuses that can include depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+ exploitation/related concerns, and other co-occurring disorders/concerns. I hope to be able to support my clients through their challenges so they can feel more confident, safe, and capable to handle what life brings. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address concerns with clients. I also like to focus on who the person is as a whole.
