Hello, I am so glad you have found your way here. I focus on helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-identity, stress management, trauma recovery, negative thinking, ADHD, and Autism. My goal is to support you in creating the life you want for yourself. I use an eclectic approach to find the tools that are the best fit for you and your situation. I draw from evidence-based techniques and work with you to clarify your goals and future vision for yourself. This may include addressing areas of employment, communication skills, relationships, managing emotions, stress, or self-esteem. We began by envisioning the life you would like to experience. We work from there to identify what is needed to create that vision. We will define steps to progress toward that goal and how we will approach each one. I will ask you questions to gather information about your life experiences, wishes, struggles, and strengths. Reach out when you are ready!
