Life is full of uncertainty and change. Uncertainty often brings anxiety and fear of the unknown, worry about the future, and feeling like we don’t have control. Change, even when we want it, can bring feelings of grief and loss, identity confusion and overwhelm. I can help you navigate uncertainty and change so you feel more grounded and less reactive. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self esteem, body image and gender identity. I am passionate about supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with existential dread and anxiety. I am specifically trained in evidence based modalities including Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavior Therapy. I have experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and modalities that help you feel more grounded and in control of your responses and behaviors. I strive to create a safe and judgement free environment for you and you can expect me to create a warm, open and affirming tone so we can work collaboratively towards your growth.
