Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah (she/her) and I love serving our beautiful LGBTQ+ community with expert, compassion-forward care. I am a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in pelvic health...meaning, anything that could go awry from chest to knees...(incontinence, pain, sexual dysfunction, pre and post-operative care, chronic constipation, etc.), there is usually something I can do to help! Many of these things are difficult to talk about, but I talk about them all day every day! I will create a comfortable, safe space for you to share your problems, goals, and concerns... and we will work together as partners to conquer them! Trauma-informed. Sex-positive. Compassion First.
