I offer a listening, non-judgmental ear in a safe, caring environment. We can unpack the issues that are making you feel overwhelmed and unable to cope. Together we will work to identify what is most important to you, and ways to move forward. My specialty is individual, couples and family therapy in the LGBTQ+ community via telehealth and in-person sessions. I offer an affirming, supportive environment using CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques.
