I'm a LatinX/Gay/Bilingual therapist who specializes in Depression, PTSD (Abuse, Neglect), LGBTQ/Gender related topics, Religious Trauma and Grief. My goal is to be present for my clients, opening a safe space for us to explore and look at where they are, with the recognition of where they’re coming from, finding ways to heal from there. I practice a humanistic/psychodynamic approach, rooted in empathy and understanding.
