I provide a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and others navigating identity, relationships, and personal growth. I work with individuals exploring gender and sexual identity, clients with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), those navigating complex trauma, intimacy and sexual health concerns, problematic porn use, executive functioning challenges, and racial or cultural identity. My clinical approach invests in building trust as the foundation for our therapeutic relationship and for sustainable growth that extends beyond our time together. I also work from a systems perspective, considering how community, culture, and social context shape your experience of self and relationships. You can expect warmth, patience, and a strengths-based, nonjudgmental approach as we explore, heal, and create meaningful change together. I utilize CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. I am licensed to work with clients in NY, NJ, PA, MA, CO, DE, FL, ID, SC, and VT.
