Provider Description
My goal is to to help motivated adults to identify what they want out of life, figure out what’s getting in their way, and overcome those obstacles to achieve the lives they want. I place high value on autonomy, and seek to help patients increase their own sense of agency. I work with a wide variety of patients of different ages, educational backgrounds, and different interests. I specialize in helping with anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and health issues, ADHD, issues related to neurodivergence, and issues related to polyamory and kink relationships.
