Provider Description
I am a Humanistic therapist who leads with empathy, clarity, and collaborative care. As a California-based LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician, I specialize in co-transition support, neurodivergence, GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, and diversity), ethical non-monogamy, sex-positive therapy, parasocial dynamics, and the mental health needs of celebrities, performers, and other high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, depression, guilt / shame, stress, and vulnerable bouts of visibility. I integrate narrative therapy, attachment work, nonviolent communication, identity exploration, and practical psychoeducation. Sessions are creative, grounded, and focused on real-life tools you can actually use outside the therapy room. I prioritize dismantling harmful power dynamics while cultivating spaces where gender-expansive, neuroshimmery, and ethically non-monogamous clients can feel genuinely seen — not explained, not pathologized, not “too much.” My work is trauma-informed, socially conscious, and rooted in ongoing education in LGBTQIA+ wellness, inclusive sex therapy, and resilience within marginalized communities. I collaborate with equity-centered professional networks to help reshape mental health spaces into ones that are safer, more accessible, and more accountable. Clients often come to me during identity shifts, relationship restructuring, creative burnout, public-facing stress, or the quiet exhaustion of being misunderstood. My role isn’t to fix you — you are not broken. It’s to always see the best in you, especially in the moments when you can’t access it yourself. Together, we will clarify your voice, strengthen your autonomy, and build the foundation for relationships that are reflective of your true core values.
