I provide therapy for gender explorations, adulting stress, boundaries, and burnout. Focused on practical problem-solving, so you leave with real-life tools and a clearer sense of who you are. I specialize in high-masking and late diagnosis neurodivergent adults with an approach that’s built for autistic and ADHD brains. Therapy isn't just for crisis. You can go to therapy to: - Organize your thoughts. - Put words to your experiences. - Gain perspective while making difficult decisions. - Understand yourself better. - Get support during transitions. - Talk in a judgment free space. - Process life events. - Help make sense of your past and its impact on you. - Have space to feel your feelings without interruption. - Be challenged and grow in a space that feels safe. I provide gender affirming care letters usually within one session. I conduct Autism and ADHD formal evaluations for adults 18+.
