My clinical practice integrates evidence-based psychopharmacology with psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral frameworks, always tailored to the unique lived experiences of each patient. My approach to LGBTQ+ mental health care is grounded in cultural humility, informed by ongoing professional development, and enriched by years of experience working with gender-diverse, queer, and questioning individuals. I have completed continuing education in LGBTQ+ health disparities, gender-affirming care, and minority stress theory, including CME-accredited courses through the American Psychiatric Association and The Fenway Institute.
