As a therapist with a background in the military and as a first responder, I offer a perspective shaped by firsthand experience with crisis and resilience. As a proud LGBTQIA+ individual, I bring empathy, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to inclusion. My path to therapy began long before formal training—through supporting others in high-stakes moments and navigating identity in challenging spaces. These experiences taught me that healing starts with trust, safety, and the freedom to speak your truth. I specialize in trauma-informed care for those impacted by high-stress work, identity-related stress, and complex PTSD. Using CBT, DBT, Humanistic Therapy, and REBT, I honor your lived experience and values—offering support that sees, hears, and empowers you. Therapy, at its best, is a shared journey.
