Are you an LGBTQ+ identified person struggling with trauma? Do your relationships feel complicated and not where you’d like them to be? Tired of educating therapists who don’t identify with or appreciate your identity? Or, maybe the current state of the world is just too much? As a queer-identified therapist, I understand the unique issues affecting our community. My clinician history is working with LGBTQ+ and QTBIPOC folx navigating life challenges, transitioning, and marginalization. Combining somatic and trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, my approach to therapy is affirmation, respect, care, and compassion. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and gender diverse/non-binary preteen, teen, and adult individual clients and couples facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, self-image, self-esteem, loneliness, family struggles, and relationships. Somatic therapy is a whole-person, body-mind approach, which provides tools for soothing & self-regulation. I’m here to support you through these challenging times, and bring forward your authentic self.
