I work actively with individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns, desire differences, intimacy challenges, and existential anxiety. I create a compassionate, judgment-free space while taking an exploratory yet challenging approach that moves you beyond old patterns—toward deeper self-understanding and more meaningful relationships. Going through struggle—whether in your relationships or within yourself—hurts, but there's tremendous power in recovery and growth.
