Provider Description
Hayfield Healing is a trauma-focused practice where you don't have to explain yourself before you can get help. Whether you're carrying the weight of a lifetime of hiding, the aftereffects of family rejection, religious trauma, or the particular exhaustion of existing in spaces that were never built with you in mind, this is a place where all of that is welcome in the room. My approach is depth-oriented and body-based. I work primarily with EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), modalities that go beyond talk therapy to work with how trauma is held in the nervous system. In a first visit, you can expect a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to understand what brings you in, what has and hasn't worked before, and what you're hoping for. There is no pressure to disclose more than you're ready to share. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, childhood emotional neglect, relationship trauma, perfectionism, self-doubt, and insomnia. As an immigrant and Marine Corps veteran, I bring my own experience of navigating identity across different worlds, and I understand that healing does not happen in a vacuum separate from who you are and where you come from. Sessions are available via telehealth and in-person in New York and Florida. Through PsyPact, I can also see telehealth clients across 40+ US states.
