As a Queer and LGBTQ+ affirming Registered Dietitian, I believe that genuine health can only happen when you feel truly seen and respected. I work from an anti-oppressive framework, completely ditching diet culture and judgment so we can focus on what really matters: your well-being. My practice specializes in the unique connections between food, mental health, and identity. I provide deeply compassionate treatment for Eating Disorders and disordered eating using a weight neutral and HAES (Health At Every Size®) approach. What makes my work different is my expertise in Neurodiversity. I help Autistic and ADHD clients navigate sensory challenges, executive function hurdles, and specific issues like ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). This specialized, trauma-informed care, honed through experience supporting Veterans and a diverse population of individuals, means our work together will always be individualized, collaborative, and focused on self-compassion.
