Kari's mission is to help individuals, families, and children achieve a healthful and nutritious lifestyle. She takes an individualized, holistic approach for everyone she councils using support and goal setting. She understands and encourages every step of the way! Raising children (including one who is in the LGBTQ+ community) and helping other family members with various GI conditions, picky eating issues, weight concerns, ADHD, epilepsy, and autism, Kari has not only studied nutrition but lived it. She also has a background in culinary arts, nutrition program coordination, nutrition education, and as a health and wellness activist.
