Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and unhealthy habits, wondering when the heavy weight will lift? Whether it's turning to food for comfort, pushing away the people you love, or using alcohol/drugs; these patterns can feel overwhelming. But imagine breaking free, rediscovering your strength, and embracing a life where joy and connection reign. I understand how challenging it can be to break free from these feelings, and I'm here to tell you that you don’t have to navigate this alone. My style is warm, empathetic, transparent, real, humorous, and honest. Other focus areas: depression, relationship concerns, narcissistic abuse, codependency, ADHD, general life transitions, anxiety, self-worth. I also use a trauma-informed approach and integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for clients with trauma, depression, and anxiety. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment. I work with all identities, but am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ , BIPOC, and neurodiverse populations.
