My office is a safe space, where non-judgmental conversation encourages you to be your best self and begin healing from within. From the moment you walk in the door, I hope to meet you where you are, help stabilize you in your environment, and work with you to gain the tools to overcome life’s challenges. Supporting people through the growing pains of life is my passion. From sorting out spiritual and religious beliefs, to overcoming heartbreak or becoming a new parent, transitions and identity exploration are my specialties. I am passionate about helping you discover your true self and live your live more fully, no matter where you are in your journey. Through validating your life’s experiences, my experience and training can provide support with individuals experiencing peripartum disorders (PPA and PPD), anxiety, depression, or trauma. I am an LGBTQI+ ally, and am experienced working with people of varying backgrounds, orientations, preferences, identities, cultures, & ethnicities. Utilizing a combination of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other modalities, I am dedicated to helping you meet your goals.
