I have a M.A. in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC in British Columbia, Canada. I have experience in public and private settings supporting clients who struggle with complex trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety, mood issues, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders and relationship building. I am very passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community to support folks around sexuality and gender. I offer in person appointments in New Westminster, BC and virtual appointments as well. I am a trauma therapist and am certified in Lifespan Integration. Lifespan integration (LI) is a form of psychotherapy that works directly with memory and attachment systems in a variety of ways to help move a client’s nervous system towards regulation.
