Provider Description
As a queer and neurodivergent person, I understand what it means to exist in systems not built for you. I am a strong believer in representation, and the need for neurotype-aligned and identity-aligned therapeutic services. My various intersecting identities shape my future-focused, and trauma-informed practice, grounded in meaning-making & systemic awareness. In therapy, I work alongside clients to uncover the “how” and “why” beneath their patterns, helping them make sense of their experiences in context of the systems they exist within. My practice is open to anyone in need of support, however, my populations of focus are: athletes, high performers; neurodivergence, queer identity; young adults, teens; injury, concussion, burnout; invisible illness, hidden (dis)ability, chronic pain; relationships, grief, generational trauma, minority stress; and existential anxiety. I provide 1 on 1 psychotherapy sessions online across Canada, and in-person in St. Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia. I offer flexibile evening appointments, free discovery calls, and can direct bill most private insurances.
