I tailor therapy help you break through negative, self-limiting beliefs and habits that keep you feeling "stuck", using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths based, solution focused therapy modalities. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that with the right support you can create the fulfilling life you want. I support clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship/family issues, life transitions, career issues, grief/loss and trauma. I provide specialized support to family members of individuals with substance use disorder. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and provide support to those in alternative relationship dynamics. I’m deeply committed to providing inclusive, affirming care that builds on your strengths.
