- ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy for adults who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected after traumatic loss, helping them find direction and purpose again. You may be grieving the death of a loved one, adjusting to chronic illness or a new disability, or feeling emotionally depleted while trying to appear “okay” to others. You may feel stuck in painful memories of what happened, or of how life used to be, unsure how to move forward when the future you planned for no longer feels possible. You long to feel like yourself again, with a clear sense of purpose. Therapy with me offers a space where you don’t have to explain your LGBTQ+ identity, relationships, or chosen family. I understand the unique ways grief, aging, caregiving, and health challenges intersect with queer lives. Together, we will work to help you relate differently to difficult and painful experiences, and to rebuild a sense of direction. Although things feel hard now, I believe everyone can benefit from counseling at some point in life, and change is possible at any age. Seeking support is a profound way to care for yourself.
