Provider Description
I work to help you compose a life of authenticity. My role as therapist is to create a supportive space to finally help you get rid of self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, while replacing them with coping skills that actually work for you. I use an integrative approach that includes different modalities in order to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. Some of my clinical approaches include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I specialize in working with substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ individuals and those struggling with existential dilemmas.
