I am a pluralistic & client-centered therapist who provides neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. I have lived experience of being trans (nonbinary), neurodivergent (AuDHD), disabled, & living with mental health challenges. I am also a therapy client (& have been since I was young) which informs my perspective as a therapist. I’ve been in recovery (& active in recovery communities) for over 20 years. I collaborate with clients to discover how they want to use the time & space in therapy, and what kind of support feels best to them.
