I am a DBT trained Mental Health Clinician and I work with teens and their families who are struggling with self harm, suicidal thoughts and difficulties regulating intense emotions. My goal with clients is to enable them to feel comfortable and free to speak about their experience in a judgment free space and help them develop skills to live their lives as who they are while meeting their goals. I love music, tea and tend to swear a bit... :)
