In a safe environment, I aim to guide my clients toward authenticity, intentionality, and empowerment. I primarily provide mental health counseling to folks age 18-60 in the LGBTQIA+ community, those living with HIV, those who are in polyamorous or otherwise ethically open or non-monogamous relationships, and those going through life changes.
