I am a queer mental health counselor located in Georgia. I am deeply attuned to the unique social/political stressors to being queer in the South. I specialize in working with folx with intersection LGBTQ+ and disabled identities. Although my approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Feminist Theory, and Queer Theory, my focus is always on tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I place a strong emphasis on building and maintaining a supportive therapeutic alliance, regularly checking in to ensure that you feel heard, affirmed, and comfortable in our work together. I believe that genuine connection is key to fostering meaningful growth and healing. I see clients both in person at our office, and telehealth across the state of Georgia.
