I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in treating adults who are feeling stuck and want to overcome barriers in their lives. I have been fortunate in my career to work with a diverse array of clients from the LGBTQ+ community. In my practice, I always start with genuine empathy to create a safe, nonjudgmental space. My therapeutic approach is action-oriented and primarily present-focused. My eclectic treatment interventions pull from superhero therapy, adult play therapy, video game therapy, cognitive behavioral, and motivational interviewing perspectives. I empower my clients to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. The goal of our work together is to unlock best version of your authentic self.
