My therapeutic approach integrates several modalities, including art therapy, narrative therapy, neuroeducation, and parts work. Using the creative process to promote emotional expression and insight is a central part of my work. When you work with me, you enter into a collaborative partnership. I strongly believe you are the expert of your own experiences, which have given you the wisdom to navigate the present and the future.
