My name is Amanda Esquivel and I am the owner of Room For Change Counseling. Room For Change is an LGBTQQIAA+ affirming mental health practice in Garland and Dallas (Oak Lawn) with 30+ counselors supporting the community. Whether you are open about it or not, being a part of the LGBT+ community comes with a unique set of challenges, many of which are very personal and conflicting. Learning how to overcome these challenges while remaining true to yourself is the only way to fully understand how powerful you are. LGBTQ+ therapy services are geared towards addressing the uniqueness of each individual while validating their experiences and accepting their progress.
