Hi friends. I am Xander and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Yoga Instructor. My specialty is functional movement patterns and I have a wide range of experience with chronic pain, acute/old injuries, pelvic floor related symptoms, return to work/sport, balance and neurological conditions.
