I believe that through a safe and judgment-free therapeutic relationship true growth, empowerment, and healing can occur in your life. I have an extensive range of clinical experience providing mental health services for depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and the LGBTQ population as well as other minority populations. All are welcome here. In addition to using a holistic therapeutic approach to counseling, I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This evidence-based technique is used to guide clients into healing from past traumas or injurious events that currently present as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. One of the most important aspects of therapy that I am committed to is creating a safe space for all individuals. Therefore, I operate from a very open-minded standpoint and I am accustomed to addressing issues relevant among diverse populations. All are appreciated for their unique backgrounds and personal qualities and all are welcome!
