I have over 15 years experience working with young people and adults in a variety of different capacities. I have additional training and certification and crisis evaluation and treatment, trauma informed treatment, dialectic behavioral therapy and autism spectrum disorder assessment and treatment. I provide in person therapy in the bend Oregon area, utilizing a variety of approaches to build a safe and uncomfortable environment, and then progress into reducing challenging symptoms or relationship distress. Lastly, we work together to better understand the root causes and build resiliency for future success.
