As a licensed clinical therapist, I have specialized in trauma-informed competent mental health care for children, adolescent and young adults. My main goal is for my clients to feel comfortable, safe and to be able to dictate the pacing and priority of how we process the traumas or stressors and the addressing of treatment goals. I am passionate about delivering effective competent quality therapy services to our diverse community and helping my clients harness their strengths to find peace, self-love, confidence, support and control in their lives. I specialize in working with with Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder Schizophrenia and related disorders, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, and Postpartum depression and psychosis. I work with couples, individuals with diverse cultural and religious identities, LGBTQ+ and polyamorous individuals, cancer patients, and individuals with chronic illness and chronic pain. I utilize a variety of modalities including Emotion-Focused, Solution- Focused, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and more.
