I’m a therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges—as a social worker, parent educator, and counselor. I’m an identity-affirming therapist of color and LGBTQIA+ ally, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself. I work with young professionals, creatives, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who may be navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, or major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded in your goals. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like TF-CBT and EMDR, while also making sure our work feels real, human, and relevant to your lived experience. I care deeply about making therapy a safe and affirming space—especially for People of Color and LGBTQIA+ clients who haven’t always felt seen or understood in other settings. I believe you are already whole and worthy, and therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with that truth. In addition to working with clients, I also supervise and mentor new clinicians who are committed to serving diverse communities.
