I’m Lauren, and I’m here to help you nurture a relationship with yourself and the world around you. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing encompasses your mind, body, and environment. Certified in EMDR and passionate about climate justice, my approach is all about transformative experiences in the therapy space. I'm your therapist, but I'm also your partner in radical healing. Authenticity is at the root of everything I do and I embrace a ‘come as you are’ vibe. This is a space where your identity is not just accepted, but celebrated. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folks and offer support for people who have experienced childhood or religious trauma, as well as people navigating the challenging impacts of climate anxiety. Whether you're working through past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by the climate crisis, or simply want a safe, affirming space where you can show up as yourself without wondering if your therapist “gets it," I'm here to support you. Together, we'll create a space where you can heal and grow in a way that feels authentic to you. I am committed to providing an environment where your identity is not just accepted, but celebrated.
